1.1 Order Processing
Orders for in-stock retail items typically ship within 1–2 business days from our facility in Burnsville, MN.
Custom-cut DIY kits, precut tint kits, precut PPF kits, and any product requiring cutting, plotting, weeding, or labeling require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Each kit is plotted, cut, weeded, and labeled to order for the customer's specific vehicle make, model, year, and selected specifications. Production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
Order processing and production begin only after full payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

IMPORTANT: ALL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. All shipping times listed on our website, displayed in cart, shown at checkout, communicated by email, by text message, by phone, or by any member of the Driven MN team are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS), weather conditions, holidays, carrier service disruptions, customs clearance (if applicable), and other conditions beyond our control. DrivenMN is not responsible for carrier delays and does not guarantee any specific delivery date.
DrivenMN currently ships within the United States only.
1.3 Signature Required
All shipments containing custom-cut kits, precut film, PPF kits, or any order with a total value exceeding $100.00 require an adult signature upon delivery. This signature requirement is enforced for loss prevention and to comply with our insured shipping policy.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to be available at the delivery address to sign for the package, or to make alternative signature arrangements directly with the carrier prior to the delivery attempt (e.g., FedEx Delivery Manager, UPS My Choice). DrivenMN is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from the customer's unavailability to sign.
1.4 Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to DrivenMN for any of the following reasons, the customer is responsible for all actual re-shipping costs:
- Customer was unavailable to sign for delivery
- Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier
- Unclaimed package at carrier facility after the carrier's hold period expires
DrivenMN does not issue refunds for orders returned due to customer unavailability, address errors, delivery refusal, or any other cause within the customer's control. Custom-cut and DIY kit products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a returned package is not reclaimed or reshipped within 60 days, the order will be considered abandoned. No refund or credit will be issued for abandoned orders.
1.5 Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DrivenMN is not liable for packages shipped to addresses provided by the customer, including any delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from address errors.
1.6 Lost or Damaged Shipments
All DrivenMN shipments are insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date at Sales@DrivenMN.com or (612) 843-WRAP. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement at no additional cost. This does not apply to packages returned to sender due to customer unavailability, address errors, or delivery refusal.
1.7 Force Majeure
DrivenMN shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order, ship a product, or perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics or public health emergencies, government orders, carrier service disruptions, supply chain shortages, material unavailability, labor disputes, power outages, acts of terrorism, or war. In such events, DrivenMN will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and fulfill orders as soon as practicable. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by force majeure events.
